After being discovered at the age of eight by the same modelling agency as her mother, Malina Weissman has gone on to work for a string of top fashion brands including Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Levi’s and DKNY – all by the time she turned 13.

Not content with that, the budding child has also found success at acting, landing roles in films and TV series including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Supergirl and last year's Nine Lives, starring Kevin Spacey and Jennifer Garner. Now signed to American talent agency Paradigm, the model/actress recently landed a major role in the Netflix original series Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events, playing Violet Baudelaire, opposite Neil Patrick Harris.
